California’s Division of Workers’ Compensation (CA DWC) updated the Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) portion of the Official Medical Fee Schedule (OMFS), effective for services rendered on or after January 1, 2025.
The update order alters the DMEPOS fee schedule as follows:
The CA DWC update order was announced in a December 19, 2024 Newsline. This update aligns the California OMFS with the most recent changes to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) reimbursement rates.
