We had a great Request for Authorization webinar last week and our workflow was a big hit.I think the workflows are so popular because, as we all know, workers' comp is incredibly complicated and having a graphic representation helps toward understanding the byzantine complexities.

I'm posting the workflow below and I've also posted the video and most of the slides from the webinar. The slides are in FAQ format in the Learning Center section of DaisyBill's website.
