Ventura Unified School District is no longer using York to process medical bills.  

Effective 5/1/2019, Athens will be handling all claims for the Ventura Unified School District.

Athens confirmed that all dates of service and Second Review appeals should be sent to Athens even when the original bill was submitted to York.

Athens indicated that claim numbers will remain the same and also verified the new bill mailing address as follows:

Concord, CA 94522

For electronic billing, the designated clearinghouse for Athens is WorkComp EDI. According to the clearinghouse, the Payer ID is LU472 for Ventura Unified School District.
