daisyBill Coming to NY WCB Conference

Workers’ comp conference season continues as daisyBill heads to our next stop: Albany, New York. The 2024 New York Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) conference is tomorrow, October 18.

As one of eight WCB-approved e-billing submission partners, daisyBill will be there to answer any questions you have and offer any guidance you need.

Remember: e-billing will be mandatory for all providers treating injured workers in New York beginning August 1, 2025. Learn the most important details regarding compliance and best practices now, so your practice can make a smooth transition.

WCB 2024: Learn the (New) Requirements for NY Workers’ Comp Billing

In just over ten months, e-billing will be the only way to bill compliantly for workers’ comp treatment in New York.

All providers must submit e-bills for injured workers’ treatment effective August 1, 2025. To meet with the state’s specific technical requirements, providers must choose one of the approved ‘XML Submission Partners’ to deliver all e-bills.

Fortunately, we’ve been in the e-billing game since 2011, building the necessary infrastructure and establishing the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) connections required to get e-bill submissions to their destination—with minimal hassle for the provider.

Since bringing daisyBill to the Empire State in 2019, New York providers have successfully submitted over 100,000 e-bills with daisyBill, complete with required supporting documentation.

daisyBill representatives including Cofounder Catherine Montgomery and Content Creator Alice Marks (responsible for all those helpful videos we share) will be in attendance, happy to share their expertise with any and all providers and other stakeholders.
