2024 CA OMFS Updates
For dates of service on or after February 15, 2024, new rules and reimbursements will apply to the Physician and Non-Physician Practitioner portion of the OMFS.

- Telehealth billing, including place of service requirements and codes newly allowed and disallowed
- Changes to reimbursement rates for California-specific ‘WC’ codes (e.g., WC002 for PR-2 reports)
- An increase in the Conversion Factor used to calculate Physician Fee Schedule reimbursements
