The Workers’ Compensation Institute (WCI)’s annual conference is one of the nation's largest workers’ comp events, bringing together thousands of professionals for four days of education, networking, and exhibits.

daisyBill will attend this year’s conference from August 23-26 in Orlando, Florida.

WCI 2026: Conference Details

The WCI’s 80th Annual Workers' Compensation Educational Conference and 37th Safety & Health Conference has a mouthful of an official title, and a packed agenda to match. The event will feature hundreds of exhibitors and speakers, and takes place at:

Over four days, the conference will offer more than 150 educational sessions, organized into breakout tracks that cover the full scope of the workers' comp world. Sessions and tracks of particular interest to providers who treat injured workers include:

  • Medical Issues and Case Management Breakout: Monday through Wednesday, these sessions include topic and specialty-specific subsessions on a wide range of case management challenges.
  • Return-to-Work Breakout: Speakers share proven strategies for getting injured workers back on the job, with multiple sessions.
  • Live Surgical Showcase: Inside the Operating Room: A real-time broadcast from inside the operating room, presented by Orlando Orthopaedic Center, with step-by-step commentary and interactive Q&A.
  • Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance Breakout: Three sessions cover the rules and compliance strategies in cases where workers' comp claims interact with Medicare.
