Have thoughts to share with the Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) regarding proposed changes to the Copy Service Fee Schedule? Mark your calendar. The DWC will hold a public hearing on the matter at 10 a.m. Friday, February 25, 2022.

The DWC encourages advance notice if you plan to speak at the hearing. Those interested in speaking may notify the DWC of their intentions to speak at DWCRules@dir.ca.gov. The deadline for advance notice is 5 p.m. Thursday, February 24, 2022.
The DWC has indicated there will also be a chance to register to speak once the Public Hearing commences.
