CA Fee Schedule 2026: DMEPOS Update

CA Fee Schedule 2026: DMEPOS Update

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation (CA DWC) has updated the Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) fee schedule.

All changes are effective for dates of service on or after January 1, 2026.

The update aligns the DMEPOS fee schedule with the most recent changes to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) fees. The CA DWC’s update order:

  • Adds three new Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) codes
  • Increases fees for 3,127 codes (89% of DMEPOS codes)
