CA MPN List Updates Q4 2022

The California Division of Workers’ Comp (DWC) updated its list of Medical Provider Networks (MPNs). The DWC update:

Added 2 new MPNs
Approved 3 previously suspended MPNs
Suspended 3 previously approved MPNs
Terminated 5 MPNs

Additionally, an approved Athens Administrators MPN was withdrawn. daisyBill software, as well as the MPN information in our free Claims Administrator Directory, has been updated to reflect the changes. Read on for details of the update.

October 2022 MPN Update

Below, see the newly added MPNs, as well as existing MPN status changes, as reported by the DWC.

daisyWizard’s MPN data has been updated accordingly; non-daisyBill clients can access MPN information by claims administrator on our Claims Administrator Directory, which is free and publicly available to all.

To further assist providers, daisyBill also added the claims administrators that administer the injured workers for both of the insurer applicants named below; the DWC website does not include this information.
