Fun fact: daisyBill’s workers’ comp billing software isn’t only for medical treatment. The over 3.5 million bills our clients submit annually include bills for:
daisyBill enables fast, accurate billing for all types of workers’ comp services, minimizing friction, saving time, and increasing revenue. Best of all, payment typically comes in days (not months), making revenue management exponentially easier.
Below, see how quickly payers reimbursed our providers for each type of bill in 2025.
Helping injured workers recover goes beyond treatment. As the table below shows, providers use daisyBill mostly, but not exclusively, to bill for medical care.
The table reflects bills our providers sent from January 1 through November 30, 2025.
Our providers collectively received reimbursement for all bill types in 10 working days on average, with copy services paid the fastest (in less than a week!).

This payment speed is possible because of daisyBill’s network of direct electronic billing (e-billing) connections, which transmit e-bills in ANSI X12 837 format directly to each payer’s designated workers’ comp clearinghouse (and directly to CorVel and the US Department of Labor, neither of which uses a clearinghouse).
Sending each e-bill to the payer’s specific, designated clearinghouse is vastly superior to sending all bills through any single clearinghouse, because e-bills don’t have to be rerouted between multiple clearinghouses.
…but speed isn’t the only benefit of high-tech e-billing:
The results can be game-changing: for example, interpreter services using daisyBill have doubled (and in some cases, more than doubled) their revenue simply by submitting appeals. Other practices have caught longstanding patterns of improper discounting.
In other words, efficiently managing revenue almost inevitably means increasing revenue.
e-Billing is quickly becoming the norm for workers’ comp, as more and more states allow or require it. Whether you provide direct medical treatment or vital, related services, daisyBill can make it easier and more financially sustainable to serve workers’ comp patients.
