Join daisyBill at the 2026 CA DWC Annual Conference

The second round of the California Division of Workers’ Compensation (CA DWC)’s 2026 Educational Conference takes place on March 19 and 20 in Los Angeles.

daisyBill will attend. We invite providers and other stakeholders to visit Booth #46, introduce themselves, and share their thoughts and questions on all things California workers’ comp (especially billing and revenue management).

This year’s conference aims to share the latest developments in policy, technology, clinical updates, and other issues while fostering dialogue among stakeholders. In addition to providers, the conference is open to attorneys, employers, claims professionals, and others.

Stop by and say hello! We share our perspective on daisyNews daily; we’d love to hear yours.

2026 CA DWC Educational Conference Details

At this year’s conference, the CA DWC aims to “educate those who participate in the California workers’ compensation system regarding current rules, procedures, policies and forms and to provide an opportunity for dialogue.”

The conference agenda features a full slate of presentations on various aspects of the system, including updates from senior CA DWC staff and private sector speakers (Currently, the conference web page lists the CA DWC Administrative Director (AD) as a speaker; in the wake of the AD George Parisotto’s recent resignation, this may or may not refer to the current Acting AD, Nicole Richardson).

Registration is available here. The conference will take place at:

LAX Marriott
5855 West Century Boulevard
Los Angeles, California 90045

The conference promises in-depth sessions on:

  • Utilization Review fundamentals and upcoming reforms
  • The “explosion” in cumulative trauma claims
  • Chronic pain evaluation and treatment
  • Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule updates
  • Med-Legal report writing
  • Degenerative and comorbid conditions in workers’ comp claims
  • Spinal and upper extremity “misconceptions”
  • …and more!

daisyBill cofounder Catherine Montgomery will be there with Director of Accounts Danielle Danetra. Look for them at Booth #46.

Our representatives will be happy to share their expertise and answer questions about the intricacies of California workers’ comp billing, treatment authorization, payment, and how electronic billing makes life easier for providers.

If you can’t attend the conference, we’d still love to hear from you. Email us at info@daisybill.com or use the pink chat icon at the bottom right of this screen to reach our experts.
